SUB Renovation (Part B: Design)

The Problem: We found a very big disconnect between the experiences of first-year and fourth-year students, in how often they visit the Student Union Building (SUB) and how they use its services. First-year students either came in ‘once a semester’ or ‘monthly’, while fourth years came in ‘daily’ or ‘weekly’. The rate of accessing Sub and using its services increased as the student became more experienced with the university’s environment.
